Kerry L. Ketchale, LCSW

Kerry earned a Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Sacred Heart University and a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. She is licensed in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont and Maine.  She is a Connecticut Guardian-Ad-Litem, a certified divorce / family mediator, and a National Emergency Responder and Public Safety Center (NERPSC) certified clinician.  She is a qualified expert in animal assisted therapy and EMDR trained.   She honors the unique path of her clients and has created a safe place to enhance well-being as the owner of Just Breathe.   Compassion and authenticity are at the core of her practice.

Mary Kay Kittredge, LCSW

Mary Kay earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from University of Connecticut and a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Springfield College.  She has vast experience with children and families; her current work focuses on elementary and middle school children.  She believes in the power of play and creative expression within the therapeutic space.  Her therapeutic style is fun and engaging; her therapy sessions focus on hands on activities that help children make sense of the world around them.  She has been trained in Circle of Security and Triple P,  Positive Parenting Program.  

Heather Murphy, LCSW

Heather earned her Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Fordham University. Heather truly enjoys guiding others towards reaching their goals and overcoming personal obstacles. She works with diverse individuals of all ages and couples. She assists her clients, who may be dealing with numerous challenges including depression and anxiety, by employing a variety of evidence-based practices.  She prioritizes engagement and building a strong therapeutic relationship as a foundation, while being genuine and authentic within that relationship.


Klaudia Lobeska, LMSW

Klaudia earned a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Goodwin College, a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Springfield College.  She is bilingual in English and Polish.  She has experience working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, low confidence, major life changes and substance use disorders. She believes that we are all capable of greater self discovery; she provides a safe space for clients to reflect and find solutions.  She supports her clients in their journeys to discover their  strengths, capabilities, and true potential.  She is currently working on certification as a Life Coach.  


Jacob Carpenter, LMSW

Jacob earned a Bachelor's degree in English from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Master's degree in Clinical Social Work from Sacred Heart University.  He has training and experience in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT), family therapy, couples therapy, group therapy, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic psychotherapy.  He is a strong believer in a strengths-based, patient-centered approach; he strives to create a therapeutic space that actively embraces neurodiversity and encourages all individuals to progress. 

Sarah, Practice Assistant

Sarah is working towards her Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is our invaluable practice assistant.  She assists  with client communication, scheduling, claims processing and generally keeping the morale up!  She is always here to support our clients behind the scenes.
