Psychotherapy, or personal counseling with a therapist, is an interpersonal experience to assist a client with problems of living.
The aim is to increase the client's sense of their own well being. I employ a range of techniques based on experiential relationship building, dialogue, communication and behavior change that are designed to improve the mental health and well-being of a client.
Play therapy is typically used with ages 3-11. Play-based models and techniques are used to communicate with children and help them achieve optimal mental health.
